What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Device Condition Disclaimer
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues that were present before the repair, including internal damage, corrosion, or prior third-party repairs.
Warranty Void Conditions
- The device is opened or repaired by another shop.
- The device shows signs of liquid damage after repair.
- The device is physically damaged after leaving our store.
Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up their data. Cell Doctor is not responsible for data loss during or after repairs.
Proof of Repair Required
Warranty claims require proof of service (receipt or repair record). No warranty service will be provided without verification.
Same-Day Evaluation
All warranty claims must be brought to our store for inspection. Most warranty-related evaluations are completed the same day.
Final Decision
Cell Doctor reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a repair qualifies for warranty coverage.
